  We decided to have dinner here to enjoy the fabulous sunset but were seated behind a pillar in a dingy part of the drafty restaurant with no view at all, except for the kitchen. Despite the fact there were many unoccupied tables in prominent window positions all the time we were there, these were not offered as they were "reserved".
  Our food was OK but the service was slow from kitchen to our very sticky table top. We even had to beg for our bill.
  Had I gone to the male toilets before our meal I would not have placed our order. They were filthy, the soap dispenser was empty, the hand drier malfunctions and toilet rolls were strewn over the floor.
  This does beg you to question the cleanliness of the kitchen.
  Please don't just apologise and pass this to the "relevant department for action".
  According to previous reviews, this is not the first time this has been reported.
  Management should take responsibility and do something about it.
